patch with new logo header file and updated use

The logo inserted into the X11 object created by plot() et al is still the old logo.

The attached patch fixes this. I am indebted to StackExchange user 'yaegashi' for answering the question I asked on unix.stackexchange.com when I was stuck:
http://unix.stackexchange.com/a/219526/10300

You will note that the logo file is now a lot bigger. I am not sure that really matters given the overall size of R, but given the script we can probably work out a form half-way this size if needed. If not, accurately reflecting the new logo is of course nice too.

It would be lovely to get this into R 3.2.2.

patch based on half-sized png logo

Here is an updated patch based on a 100x77 sized png logo -- as opposed to the original 200x155 sized one.

This reduces the size of the patch by about four with a similar reduction for the header file.

... as we are getting to a conclusion about the licence, finally,
this is now reopenend.

Thank you, Dirk!
