Description andres gomez 2015-03-09 21:44:39 UTC
When opening R from the menu (in the video sample xfce's whisker menu, but I have tested it also works the same with Cinnamon menu) when it reaches a short lenght the line overwrites itself
This does not happens if I open it from a terminal

Both use R command. My guess is this is not really your fault, but a problem of the terminal configuration I am using (gnome-terminal) as it is not the same launched one way or the other, but on the other hand this is the first time I have had a problem with a terminal program, eg octave, and reporting here won't cause any harm (I hope)

I am using mint 17, core 3.13.0-37-generic, x86_64, and its default package installed from r-base package (R version 3.0.2 (2013-09-25))
