Description Angus Wright 2014-10-21 09:15:12 UTC
When executing image() with useRaster=T and add=T, image does not recognise the plot.window limits.

Example:
x<-1:10
mat<-matrix(1:100,10,10)
layout(matrix(1:4,2,2))
image(x,x,mat,main="UnMirrored Matrix; Rast=F",useRaster=F)
image(x,x,mat,main="UnMirrored Matrix; Rast=T",useRaster=T)
plot.new()
plot.window(c(10,1),c(1,10))
image(x,x,mat,useRaster=F,add=T)
axis(1);axis(2);title(main="Mirrored Matrix; Rast=F")
plot.new()
plot.window(c(10,1),c(1,10))
image(x,x,mat,useRaster=T,add=T)
axis(1);axis(2);title(main="Mirrored Matrix; Rast=T")
