Description Duncan Murdoch 2013-06-26 02:19:16 UTC
Radford Neal reports in pqR NEWS:

Fixed a bug where, for example, log(base=4) returned the natural
log of 4, rather than signalling an error.

Added by DJM:

This also affects round() and signif() with their digits argument.

Fixed in R-devel r63065.
