Example plot showing the bug

When I plot dendrograms after cutting them using cut(), several labels are drawn very far from their branches. This does not happen at all when the full, uncut dendrogram is plotted.

I'm attaching a plot showing the issue, and a .RData file that reproduces the plot with the code:
