Hello,

The function list.files should not show hidden file if all.files is set to FALSE.
Currently it's not properly working.

To reproduce it, just set a file as hidden (not starting with .) and you will see it.

In R, a hidden file is a file starting with a '.', this assumption is true on Linux but false on Windows. Indeed, Windows use a file attribute to hide a file.

I join a patch that shows how to fix this bug.

Sincerely,
Jean-Sébastien Bevilacqua
