patch to stripchart.R

The attached patch implements a new method for stripchart plotting: "spread".

"Spread" acts similar to "jitter", except that it deterministically moves the points such that they do not overlap (whereas jitter does it stochastically and, as a result, points may still overlap).  This type of plot is commonly used in the biological sciences when the # of datapoints is too low for useful boxplots but too high to see points if overplotted/jittered.

I attach a patch against the current (5 Oct 2015) R-devel.  The patch also adds a "bg=" parameter to be analogous to "col=" for filled pchs.

If there is interest from r-core, I am happy to also patch the relevant help page.
